Lori Wiggenhorn, MA, LP
Licensed Psychologist
The initial start of therapy works best if you contact me through email. I can answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in making an appointment I would be happy to speak with you over the phone. Our phone conversation would last around 10 minutes. A phone conversation is a great way to get a sense if we are a good fit. If you choose to forgo a phone conversation, setting the first appointment through email is a good choice as well.
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions. I am certified to provide telemedicine for residence throughout the state of Minnesota.
Payment can be made by insurance or self-payment.
Self-payment is a viable choice for clients who are concerned about the release of confidential information to insurance companies.

You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of care. A financial estimate of care may be based on your diagnosis and intensity of symptoms. Your care needs may change over time and can be dependent on many factors you did not originally expect when seeking therapy. Examples of this may be: grief over an unexpected loss of a loved one, identifying significant childhood wounds, like trauma, neglect or abuse that lead to longer on-going care or chronic relationship issues. Your care is based on an agreed upon treatment plan that we review and update keeping your goals as a primary focus on care.
The dollar amount provided is an estimate of your care and is subject to change. A new estimate may be given at any time per your request. You are responsible for all charges at the time of service. Consent to therapy is on a per session basis and can end at any time.
Good Faith Estimates do not included additional charges, like late cancellation/no show fees or report writing.
